- How long does it`s take to process the Order?

We ship 5 day per week.
Milaneze.Com uses a several warehouses. Order processing time for each warehouse is different. The location of the Purchased Item will determent from which warehouse the product is shipped.
Warehouse "Europe 1":The Order processed within 24 hours after the payment is cleared.
Warehouse "USA": The Order processed within 48 hours after the payment is cleared.
Warehouse "Europe 2 -Italy":In some cases it may take up to 3 days for Order to be ready for shipping (after the payment is cleared).
Please, make sure that you provide us with the correct DAY TIME PHONE NUMBER. Our verification officer will contact you to Verify your address and confirm Your Order. In case if we are not able to reach you by phone, during the business hours - the shipping of your order will be delayed.

2.The estimated Delivery Time for Your Order shipped by "Warehouse USA" is 4 to 6 days.
3.The estimated Delivery Time for Your Order shipped by "Warehouse Europe 2 - Italy" is about 5 to 14 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

- Does the Shipping Cost depend on how many items I buy?

YES. WE charge You EXACT shipping cost and to help you to SAVE MONEY, we weight every item before it is offered at the store. At the end, at the Check Out page , our system will automatically calculate the weight of the parcel and You will be charged an EXACT cost of the parsel.

Do I have to pay for Taxes and Customs Duties?
